A colossal volume of construction work lies ahead, as the reconstruction of cities, towns, infrastructure, and roads damaged during the war is a primary task for the country's recovery. As part of a conscious society, we are a community of professionals operating on the principles of ethics, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, and transparency.
Our organization directs collective efforts towards the efficient development and implementation of modern standards within the construction sector of Ukraine.
OUR MISSION
UCSU is an organization that ensures effective engagement with state and local government authorities to create an investment-attractive region. We strive to foster a comfortable, safe, dignified, and ethical environment that supports the well-being and development of citizens in the southern regions of Ukraine.
GOALS
To become the main partner of the authorities in social dialogue to ensure the effective development of the construction industry in Ukraine
Promoting the creation of innovative and export-oriented production in the construction industry in southern Ukraine using modern organizational forms, such as clusters, industrial parks, hubs, etc
Reconstruction and further development of the war-affected regions of southern Ukraine
Implementation of the highest world standards of quality, technologicality, environmental friendliness and efficiency in urban development in order to improve the quality of life and ensure comfort for residents and guests of the region
