Today, we entrepreneurs of the construction industry of Ukraine have to look to the future. A large volume of construction works awaits us - this is the primary method of restoring cities, towns, infrastructure and roads that were damaged during the war.
Our society is becoming conscious. We are a community of entrepreneurs of Ukraine in the construction field, which operates guided by the principles of Ethics, Professionalism, Interaction, Innovation, Transparency.

OUR MISSION:
UCSU is an organization that ensures effective interaction with state authorities and local governments to create an investment-attractive region that contributes to the creation of a comfortable, safe, dignified and ethical environment for the happy life and development of citizens of the southern regions of Ukraine!
OBJECTIVES:
1. To establish professional and trusted relations with the authorities in order to develop and implement transparent, clear and simple rules for the operation of the construction industry, contributing to its development and increasing trust between enterprises and the state. To ensure the recognition of UCSU as a reliable and professional partner in the construction industry by the authorities.
2. Creation of clusters of enterprises specializing in the production of construction materials and equipment in the south of Ukraine, with the aim of increasing production efficiency, supporting the development of the construction industry, and promoting the economic growth of the region.
3. Reconstruction of the south of Ukraine, which suffered as a result of the war.
4. Improvement of infrastructure in the south of Ukraine through the construction and modernization of facilities that meet the highest standards of quality, technology, environmental friendliness and efficiency in order to improve the quality of life and provide comfort to residents and guests of the region.

A portion of our operating expenses is covered by membership fees, while the remainder is financed through project funding. Currently, we are undertaking something unprecedented in Southern Ukraine: we are uniting the construction industry across the entire region. Historically, this industry has been fragmented, and now is the time to unite.
