During the active phase of the war in Ukraine from February 2022, construction companies and their suppliers and contractors united to protect and strengthen Odesa and Mykolaiv regions - construction of fortifications, preparation of civil defense. This interaction brought together a once disparate, disorganized market. The most active participants and leaders stood out. After a clear turning point in the military operations in favor of Ukraine, we returned from volunteer activities to our businesses and began to jointly plan the restoration of the southern region, which was badly affected by the aggressor. There was an understanding that for such a large-scale process as the post-war construction of a region with an area of 3-4 European countries, other tools, other management approaches, partners of a different level are needed, and we decided to unite.
